Digital Download

How do I receive my digital order?

After your payment is processed, your digital order will be sent to you via email. NO physical product(s) will be sent to you.  Please note that all digital orders are final. There are no refunds/returns/exchanges on digital orders.

All digital products say PRINTABLE AND/OR DIGITAL DOWNLOAD at the top of the description page.

Why is the color of my digital product different from the image on my computer screen?    

Due to differences in monitors and printers, colors may vary slightly. Print quality will depend on the printer, ink, and paper you use. The better the quality of paper, ink, and printer the better the quality of your image. You may take your digital download file to a professional printer.

Can I return a digital product(s)

All sales of digital downloads files are final. Refunds/exchanges are not available.

 

Refund/Return

How do I return an item(s)?

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund and free returns within 30 days calendar days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. See the specifics of our return policy below.  

To be eligible for a Return/Refund:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
  • Unless your product(s) arrive damaged, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit/card for the value of your return.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (We would like to learn from our mistakes).
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  • Place the item(s) securely in its original packaging. Send all item(s) back to us using the label provided.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Please note, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount if you use our prepaid return shipping label. For additional questions, contact us at (jdclayton4per@gmail.com).

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (jdclayton4per@gmail.com)

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds/returns:

  • Gift cards
  • All sales/discounted items are final.
  • Digital downloads

 

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be processed and shipped?

At www.jadensfreedomart.com, we ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 3pm CST through Sunday or holidays. Most orders are shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail (which may incur additional fees).

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may take longer than those for domestic delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number if you added a tracking number to your order at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking information is provided for U.S. customers only. 

How do I add a tracking number?

Standard shipping is without tracking numbers (99% safe and reliable); however, you can choose to ship your order with a tracking number at checkout.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Help, my order never arrived.

Unfortunately, packages get lost. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, and/or the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact us at (jdclayton4per@gmail.com) with your name, order number, and tracking number if applicable. We will be happy to assist you.

We ship to all areas of the United States and Canada.

What are our shipping options?

We ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL.

We reserve the right to make changes to our Shipping/Return/Refund Polices at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
