Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.jadensfreedomart.com. We value your satisfaction and hope that your shopping experience was fun, easy, and enjoyable. The terms and conditions of our Shipping, Return, and Refund Policies are listed below. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to our policies and procedures.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

At www.jadensfreedomart.com, we ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 3pm CST through Sunday or holidays. Most orders are shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail (which may incur additional fees). Occasionally, we use UPS.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may take longer than those for domestic delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number if you added a tracking number to your order at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking information is provided for U.S. customers only. 

Where’s my tracking number?

Standard shipping is without tracking numbers (99% safe and reliable); however, you can choose to ship your order with a tracking number at checkout.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I get my order shipped for free?

Free shipping is offered on orders of $50 or more (before taxes).

Wrong Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

Please make sure that your address is correct. Jaden’s Freedom Art is not responsible for orders which are not delivered because the wrong shipping address was provided by the customer. We cannot recover the package.

If your package is returned to us because USPS (or another carrier) was unable to deliver your package, we will contact you via email for an updated address. If we cannot update the address, your order will be canceled and refunded.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us via email at (jdclayton4per@gmail.com). Please save all damaged packaging materials and damaged goods.

Help, my order never arrived.

Unfortunately, packages get lost. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, and/or the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please contact us at (jdclayton4per@gmail.com) with your name, order number, and tracking number if applicable. We will be happy to assist you.

Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?

Currently, only the USPS will deliver to PO Boxes located within the post office. Each carrier has their own policy regarding shipping to PO Boxes. Please check with your carrier to see if they will deliver to PO Boxes, even those with street addresses.  

How do I receive my digital order?

After your payment is processed, your digital order will be sent to you via email. NO physical product(s) will be sent to you.  Please note that all digital orders are final. There are no refunds/returns/exchanges on digital orders.

How do I return an item(s)?

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund and free returns within 30 calendar days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. See the specifics of our return policy below.  

To be eligible for a Return/Refund:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
  • Unless your product(s) arrive damaged, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit/card for the value of your return.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return (We would like to learn from our mistakes).
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  • Place the item(s) securely in its original packaging. Send all item(s) back to us using the label provided.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Please note, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount if you use our prepaid return shipping label. For additional questions, contact us at (jdclayton4per@gmail.com).

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (jdclayton4per@gmail.com)

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds/returns:

  • Gift cards
  • All sales/discounted items are final.
  • Digital downloads

What packaging materials are used to ship orders?

Most small items (jewelry, ornaments, keychains, etc.) are packaged in a poly bag with product(s) secured using tissue paper and bubble wrap for extra protection.  Large orders (yarn wall hangings) are packaged in sturdy boxes with product(s) secured with tissue paper, craft paper, and bubble wrap.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we only ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Puerto Rico.

Occasionally, packages will be delayed at customs or with your local postal service once it reaches your country, causing delivery time to be longer.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes (VAT) applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Check with your country’s tax policy before you purchase.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to our Shipping/Return/Refund Polices at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
